TERRY WONG Wing Kin Chairman Terry is a founding member of the Society and was elected as Chairman of the Society in March 2003.

Terry joined MTR Corporation in 1992 and has been involved in the design, construction and maintenance of the Permanent Way system.

Terry is presently the Implementation Manager (Permanent Way) and responsible for the safe, reliable, efficient and effective management of renewals of the MTR's track system, tamping and rail grinding.

Terry attained his bachelor and master degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Hong Kong. He is a Corporate Member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers.
