WONG MAN TAT Mainland Affairs Secretary MT Wong was elected as Mainland Affairs Secretary in 2004. Prior to this he has held the posts of Secretary, Membership Secretary and Mainland Affairs Secretary

He has been employed by MTR Corporation for more than 20 years. He is currently a Section Engineer in the Permanent Way Section, responsible for supervision of over 100 maintenance staff undertaking track maintenance activities.

MT Wong holds a Bachelor (Eng) in Civil Engineering.
