LOUIS LEE Committee Memeber Louis joined the Committee in 2001.

Louis is the Division Manager of the Rail Systems Division in PBA. He has over 20 years experience in the field of railway systems and engineering which has been gained from a broad range of project management assignments ranging from concept design, feasibility study, through detailed design, construction and operations. He has worked for railway operator, private developer, railway systems supplier / contractors and consultant, in the United Kingdom, Canada, Hong Kong, Taiwan and other countries in Asia.
