JOHN YUEN Vice President John was elected Vice President in 2003

John has 15 years experience in permanent way management and is currently Civil Engineering Manager in the Light Rail Divsion of KCRC.

In addition to working in Hong Kong on civil and railway engineering management, he has worked for consulting engineers in both the UK and the UAE.

John is a Chartered Engineer and a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers, Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, Institution of Highways & Transportation and the Institution of Engineers of Australia
