JOEY KOO Kwok Hung Membership Secretary Joey was elected Membership Secretary in 2003 and has previously held the post of Mainland Affairs Secretary.

Joey has spent 25 years in the Permanent Way industry, commencing his career as a Management Trainee for trackwork contractor Henry Boot. Since then he has worked for the MTR Corporation and KCRC in Hong Kong and the SMRT in Singapore.

Joey is currently the Permanent Way Manager for KCRC East Rail, responsible for all their Permanent Way contracts, including Ma On Shan, Tsim Sha Tsui, Lok Ma Chau and Kowloon Southern Link.

Joey is a Chartered Engineer, a Member of Hong King Institution of Engineers and has a Masters Degree in Engineering from the University of Wollongong (Australia)
