DAVID LEUNG Committee Member David was elected to the Committee in 2001.

David graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic in 1978. He is a Chartered Structural Engineer and a Corporate Member of the Institution of Structural Engineers and the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers.

He joined MTR Corporation in 1983 and he has been involved in the design, construction and maintenance of the railway systems with particular experience in railway protection of the MTR system.

David is presently the Permanent Way Manager (Operations) of the MTR Corporation responsible for management of the track system on the whole MTR network.
