ALAN CHEUNG Committee Member Alan has previously held the posts of Treasurer and China Affairs Secretary.

Alan is working in KCRC/East Rail Division as an Engineering Training Officer. He is responsible for all training activities relating to Permanent Way skills, on-track safety, quality, safety and environmental protection issues. He joined KCRC in 1983 as Permanent Way Inspector and transferred to his present post in 1992.
